Agent is an in-app guidance layer. Instead of a static product tour or a chat bubble nobody opens, your visitors get a search box. They type “how do I do X” and an on-screen arrow walks them to it, across as many steps and pages as it takes.

Add one script tag with your API key. There is no SDK to integrate and no code to write beyond that.

It indexes your site's real DOM and navigation paths, so it can find features a hand-built tour never covers, including buried ones.

Automate mode is an opt-in setting we are building. Instead of pointing at each step, Agent executes the flow for the visitor. It will be off by default and controlled by you.

That is the idea. Static tours go stale the moment your UI changes, and chat bubbles mostly go unused. Agent is built to replace both with something visitors actually use.

You will see what visitors search for, where they get stuck or leave, which steps they drop off at, and which questions Agent could not answer. That tells you where and why users leave, not just how many.
