Privacy Policy

This website is run by Node Media (“we”, “us”). Agent is a product we are building. This policy covers this website and its waitlist only.

The Agent product itself is not live yet. When it launches, we will publish a separate policy explaining what the script does on customer sites and how visitor data is handled.

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist, along with the IP address, browser, operating system and time of that one request — recorded to keep the waitlist free of spam and abuse, not to track you around the site.
• Anything you choose to send us, for example if you email us.
• Basic technical data recorded automatically by our hosting provider when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and timestamps. This is standard server logging.

We don’t ask for payment details, passwords or sensitive personal information, and this site has no user accounts.

• To add you to the waitlist and tell you about early access and launch.
• To reply when you contact us.
• To keep the site secure and working, and to prevent spam and abuse.
• To understand overall interest in Agent, in aggregate.

Where the law asks for a legal basis, we rely on your consent for the waitlist, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing the site for the rest.

The interactive demo on the homepage runs entirely in your browser, using made-up sample data. It doesn’t collect anything about you or send anything to us.

We use service providers to run the site and handle signups, such as our hosting provider and the tools we use to receive waitlist signups and send email. They process information on our instructions and only to provide those services.

We don’t sell your personal information and we don’t share it for advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the security of the site.

This site doesn’t currently set advertising or tracking cookies, and fonts and images are served from the site itself. If we add analytics, we will prefer a privacy-friendly tool, update this page, and ask for consent where it is required.

We keep your waitlist email until the launch process is complete, or until you ask us to delete it or you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own policies.

• You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time, using the link in them or by contacting us.
• You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it.
• Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as objecting to certain uses or complaining to your local data protection authority.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where that happens, we rely on those providers to protect it appropriately.

This site is not aimed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the product and site change. The date at the top shows when it last changed. See also our Terms.
