These terms apply to your use of this website, run by Node Media (“we”, “us”). By using the site or joining the waitlist you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

They apply to the website only. When the Agent product launches, using it will be covered by separate terms.

Agent is a product in development. Everything on this site, including descriptions, features, screens and timelines, is illustrative and may change. Nothing here is an offer, a promise or a guarantee of any feature, price or launch date.

• Joining is an expression of interest. It doesn’t create any obligation for you or for us.
• We don’t guarantee access, and we may limit, change or end the waitlist at any time.
• Please give a real email address that is yours to use.
• We may email you about early access and launch. You can unsubscribe at any time.

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• break the law, or use the site to harm others;
• disrupt or overload the site, or try to get around its security;
• scrape the site at an abusive rate or use automated tools to submit the waitlist form;
• submit someone else’s email address without their permission;
• pretend to be another person or organisation.

The interactive demo shows Agent guiding a visitor through TruckFlow, one of our own products. It uses made-up sample data and is an illustration only. Results in a real deployment will differ.

The site’s content, design, code and names, including Agent and TruckFlow, belong to Node Media or its licensors. You may view the site and share links to it, but you may not copy or reuse its content without our permission.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely and without obligation to you.

The site links to other sites, including the TruckFlow app. They have their own terms and privacy practices, and we’re not responsible for them.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always up to date.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to the maximum extent the law permits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may change the site and these terms as the product develops. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and its courts have jurisdiction, unless the consumer protection law where you live says otherwise.
